Rental terms

The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle category. The licence and an ID are checked at handover.

All rentals include unlimited kilometres. The vehicle is handed over with a full tank and must be returned full. Missing fuel is charged on return.

All vehicles are insured. In case of damage the deductible is 2000 €. It can be reduced to 700 € with an optional deductible reduction agreed at the time of booking.

Pick-up and return take place at Toikansuontie 11, 53500 Lappeenranta at the agreed time. On request we can deliver the equipment to an agreed address for a separately agreed fee. The vehicle is returned in the condition it was handed over.

Bookings can be made in the online booking calendar. Rentals starting within 24 hours are handled by phone on 045 884 7833. Please make cancellations and changes in good time by phone or email.

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, for using it according to traffic rules, and for any parking and traffic fines incurred. Taking the vehicle abroad and smoking in the vehicle are prohibited without a separate agreement.

Any damage, breakdown or traffic accident must be reported immediately on 045 884 7833. A damage report must always be filled in for a traffic accident, and the police notified when required.

The complete rental terms are reviewed and signed as part of the rental agreement at handover. Please ask in advance if anything is unclear.
